Brief

We were contacted by Seed to create a fun and exciting 28 stop coffee van tour to promote the 'Spotify secret social' event held every summer for the students based at Universities across the UK.

We were asked to provide two fully branded coffee vans, eco-friendly branded paper cups, artisan coffee, tea, hot chocolates, stock and support vehicle.

Our Response

Putting together a job of this size meant there was no room for mistakes, we worked collaboratively with Seed to ensure that each and every element was covered including the correct sized eco-friendly branded cups, vehicle livery for two coffee vans, hotel bookings for the entire promotional crew and baristas, fuelling points and re stocking at check points.

Regular updates, sharing information and working together to ensure the Universities received all relevant documentation & information was crucial to allow us to be able to be allowed on site.

The look of the coffee vans was vitally important as many promotional events take place at University campus's daily and wanted to stand out from the rest. Bright colours and fully vinyl wrapped vehicles was how we achieved this, the branded cups matched the vehicles and gave a great consistency with the message.
