We knew that this was going to be a fast and furious event with guests requiring liquid refreshment quickly and in short break periods.
We agreed that a large team was required to ensure we could provide the slick and consistent service that Henry’s have been renowned for.
We provided Three espresso machines, six coffee grinders, eight staff members and three coffee bars.
Two of the coffee bars we provided were specifically designed for this event and used a solid oak work top and oak effect bar frontage that was branded when the equipment was delivered the day before the event commenced.
The bespoke oak bars were used for the cocktail party that concluded the event and had the clock against us to completely remove the espresso machine equipment ready for the arrival of the guests for the party.
The event was being held in the basement of …… church and had to make sure our planning to remove the equipment was done efficiently and quietly as we had to pass the main auditorium area and not disrupt the final talk of the day.
The event was a roaring success, 3500 hot beverages, 985 alcoholic beverages and 126 mocktails were served throughout the day.
