Are you Environmentally friendly?

We do everything in our power to remain eco-friendly, from our office-based practices, commuting to and from our events to the materials we use for branding and providing the drinks we serve in eco-friendly paper cups. We are constantly monitoring the trends and changes within the fast-changing world that we live in. Whether we are working on a one-day exhibition or a forty-day brand activation, we put in place strict food waste and recyclable waste measures to ensure they are taken to the right place.

Do we need any plumbing for the coffee bar?

No plumbing is required as we use our own water pumps, filtration units and waste water butts.

What power supply does the coffee service need?

For indoor events, we require standard three-pin sockets, the espresso machine will need its own separate socket due to the power output at 3000 watts / 3Kvw during the powering up of the machine. For larger and outdoor events we would need to discuss further during the planning/preparation period.

Do you provide food or snacks?

Yes, we can provide a range of sweet treats that we are able to brand. We can also supply an array of different catering services from hot or cold finger food to fine dining.

Can we choose the menu?

Yes, we have a regular menu, but we can customise it to meet your specific needs. You can indicate any specific beverage requests prior to event commencement. We also brand the menu to further personalise the service for your visitors.

Can I add my own branding to your cups?

Our eco-friendly cups can be customised with your company’s logo to boost brand recognition and impact. We can also supply branded sundries and baked goods, including cookies and sweet treats. Stencil branding, apron branding and bar(s) branding are available upon request.

Do you offer non-diary milk?

Yes, we supply a range of dairy-free – vegan milk, including soy, almond and oat milk. Other Milks can be provided upon request prior to event.

What coffee beans do you use?

We are currently using Dark Arts and Wogan coffee roasters. If you have a favourite coffee roaster and you would like to use their beans, we will be happy to accommodate.

Whether you are shooting at studios, on location or just want a change from the food and drink available, we provide mobile craft services. Our range of services are flexible and can be tailored for night shoots. Find out more about the craft services we offer below.

What craft service experience do you have?

We have provided craft services for a range of TV, film and advertising shoots over the years for cast and crews of all sizes, from 10 to 500. We have provided caffeine hits for a night shoot as well as personalised thank you from Directors to their crew. Whatever craft services you are looking for our wealth of experience allows us to deliver high-quality, professional and cost-effective services for our clients.

How much notice do you need to provide craft services?

Just like a shoot, the more notice we have the better! However, we understand that sometimes things happen in the world of TV and film with little notice which is why our team are happy to help if you require craft services at short notice. Our team can support with all aspects of craft services from logistics to staffing and everything in between. Do you offer craft services for shoots outside the UK?

We have provided craft services for shoots across the UK as well as some shoots abroad. We are always happy to discuss taking craft services outside of the UK and can make arrangements for our teams to travel abroad if required, please get in touch with our team for further information.

Can you help make our craft services more sustainable?

We care about the environment, and we will always do what we can to make our actions as little of an impact on the world as possible, no matter what. Wherever possible we will reuse assets from previous jobs and utilise our list of suppliers to ensure we use eco-friendly cups and materials.
