It was vitally important to work collaboratively with the CSM team and align our offer 100% with their event messaging and objectives from HSBC.
The look and feel of the promotional pop up was very important. We organised full branding for the gazebos, menu’s, event flags and eco-friendly paper cups. We also arranged picket fencing and for the promotional areas power supply to create a warm and friendly atmosphere when entering the promotional area.
The nature of the national school’s rugby event meant we had to provide a lot of drinks throughout each and every day. We focused hard on a process to ensure a slick delivery under pressure, so that guests who were on a short break weren’t wasting valuable time in the drinks queue.
We ran the event with just two baristas and a front of house staff member to offer a truly exceptional espresso from Dark Arts coffee, based in east London.
