We knew that we had to do something big, bold and relevant to the service but most importantly the brand.
The creative team got together and delivered a great concept from start to finish.
We knew that we had to focus on the financial part of London that has a high footfall all day. We pitched for Canary Wharf tube station with full branded Trade.i.o gazebos, menus, flat screen television, Belgium chocolate giant gold coins, breakdancing spaceman and of course delicious coffee served from branded eco friendly paper cups.
We had the day documented with photographers, a camera crew and even arranged several live link interviews with the people behind the business.
To top it all off we had a flash mob of 25 dancers performing in the glorious heat that was also on hand to be part of the promotional team we arranged to assist the thousands of people coming for a coffee and a chat with the team about the launch of this exciting new platform.
We leaded the event from start to finish, we communicated and brokered deals for the land hire on the TFL grounds at Canary Wharf station, arranged the logistics with the security team around canary Wharf for all logistical arrivals and deliveries.
Carried out all risk assessments, film licencing fees, power and water services to ensure the entire day was nothing more than a success.
