Case Study - Yves Saint Laurent
Brief
New season Product Launch with Henry's coffee and events. We regularly collaborate with event companies and what better than the new scent launch from Yves saint Laurent for a collaboration.
The brief was simple, lots of important guests coming to the busy two day event. Various press publications, influencers and fashionistas to be served beautiful beverages, fresh juices & a selection of freshly baked goods and salads.
Our Response
We knew we had to deliver nothing but a top-notch service under pressure from the regular timings for new guests to arrive within minutes of the last to leave. Meaning everything had to be kept clean, tidy and topped up for that rush of service whilst creating a warm, calm and relaxing atmosphere.
We had our two of our best baristas working from our all black coffee bar, using our Classic Faema E61 espresso machine, Vulcano coffee grinder, and mini mazzer. All of our logistics for the fresh produce and deliveries was arranged from our offices in Ingatestone.
The baristas had the food offering directly next to the coffee service area and was easy to keep on top of replenishing, cleaning and dealing with any late arrivals. We looked after over 500 guests, 10 event and client staff, served 725 beverages, 165 fruit pots, dealt with two power cuts and the event was a HUGE success!!
